and you are glad he somehow managed to “keep the score close”

You really got to wonder who made the bigger mistake. Michaels deciding to go to Amazon or Buck leaving Fox for ESPN. Streaming sports games blow and World Series wasn’t the same. Some are saying it was Buck’s biggest mistake since booking Artie Lange for the premier episode of the Joe Buck Show.

One of the only hits thrown out by the Sabres and it has to be a nonsensical smashing of an opposing player into our own tender. Going back a few years this was a normal occurrence. Our goalies not only get run into by the opposing guys we help them go in harder. Time to get some tuff boys who hit and hurt the other team. Trade for Crouse now.

Tough guys that stink at hockey aren’t gonna be much help, if any

It’s obvious the GM/Mgmt are not going to do anything to fix obvious holes in the roster. (For the third year in a row) We don’t need goons but I would say anyone who does not take the body to remove the puck from the other team is in Rochester or scratched. They seem to be avoiding any contact which I hope is not coming from coaching. Don’t need the the huge mid-ice collision or the hit 2 seconds after the puck is gone. But we do do need to physically step in front of opponents with the puck and not just wave the stick at them with one hand.

I did not draw any conclusions except to say just about every team - that's the ones who won and the ones who lost for you slow kids - playing last night significantly outhits the Buffalo Sabres. You can continue to ignore that all you'd like, but it only shows you have no arguement.

It's not even the hitting, they don't even try to get in the way, or even just lean on a guy.

Our esteemed former blogger Mr. Ghofrani advocated trading Reinhart plus for Roope Hintz I believe more than 2 years ago.

Can't imagine what things would be looking like now with both Hintz and Tage as Centers.

Sabres could obviously use a powerforward, 0.50 ppg isn't bad.

I have all of 4" in North Buffalo. Shoveled it at 3am. Hasnt snowed since. Nothing falling now.

My parents tell me they have 2 feet in Orchard Park with more falling now in droves and they lost power.
